A Note From The Founder
I started CLH Legal Consulting because I kept seeing the same problem; growing companies in pharma and biotech reach a stage where contracts become genuinely consequential. However, even with the increased importance the volume doesn't justify in-house counsel, so they overpay outside firms, stretch their leaders thin, or sign and hope for the best. I knew that there had to be a solution.
After more than two decades in national and global pharmaceutical and biotech companies managing complex corporate operations, I founded CLH to give growing organizations what larger companies take for granted: a senior legal expert who knows your business, moves at your pace, and builds infrastructure you actually own. Whether it's a single NDA or a complete contract lifecycle system, you'll work directly with me.
I'd love to hear about your needs, and help you achieve the goals no matter how big or small.

How CLH works with you
Every engagement begins with a clear scope, agreed in writing, with nothing starting until you've authorized it. CLH operates as an independent contractor; you get expert legal professionals without the employment overhead, benefits obligations, or long-term commitments of a full-time hire.
Whether you need a single contract reviewed before signing or a full-scale CLM implementation from the ground up, CLH brings the same disciplined, responsive approach, clear communication, fast turnaround, and legal work that's actually built for the way your business operates.
What CLH believes
Contracts are your first line of defense. A well drafted agreement is not a formality, it is the controlling document when performance falters, partnerships dissolve, or disputes escalate. CLH drafts every contract to a single purpose as if it will be read by a judge. Precision today prevents litigation tomorrow.
Legal operations should serve the business. CLH acts as a business partner, not a gatekeeper. The goal is to close deals faster, reduce risk, and give stakeholders a clear path from request to executed agreement.
Transparency builds trust. Every invoice is itemized. Every project is scoped in writing. No surprises, no scope creep without your agreement.
You should own your legal infrastructure. Templates and CLM systems are built so your team can operate them, not so you stay dependent on outside help.
